- This is not a muscle building program. This may not really be a con as it depends on your goals. However, just know that this is a fat loss plan, not a muscle building one.
- The exercises are shown in clear photos and explanations. However, some people do better when they’re shown the exercises by video. I don’t think this should present a real problem if you’re determined to do this workout plan but it’s still something to know about.
